The effectiveness of our services depends on multiple external factors, including client cooperation, market conditions, and other variables beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss, failure, or dissatisfaction resulting from service outcomes. You acknowledge that results may vary based on the specifics of your project.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring their system, setup, and environment meet the service prerequisites.
  • Maintaining backups of all important data before service execution.
  • Taking appropriate actions based on the service recommendations and instructions.
  • Ensuring timely provision of necessary inputs and access for the successful completion of services.

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may lead to service disruptions or failures, for which we hold no liability.

4. Missed Deadlines and Sessions

Clients must strictly adhere to scheduled sessions and deadlines. Missed deadlines, sessions, or failure to provide required inputs will not result in rescheduling, extensions, or refunds unless explicitly stated in the agreement. Clients should notify us in advance if there are any issues with meeting deadlines.

5. Technical Issues and Access

Clients are fully responsible for their own technical setup, including internet connectivity, hardware, software, and third-party services. We hold no liability for any service interruptions due to:

  • Internet disruptions or failures.
  • Incompatibilities with third-party hardware or software.
  • Client-side technical problems or configuration errors.

6. Privacy and Data Security

We collect and store client information solely for service delivery, communication, and administrative purposes. By using our services, you agree to our privacy policy, which outlines how we handle personal data and sensitive information. We implement stringent security measures to ensure data protection in compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act). However, we are not liable for any data breaches or leaks beyond our control, including but not limited to third-party service providers or hacking incidents.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, software, designs, and documentation associated with the services provided by RokkhokTech, are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the intellectual property without prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for the purpose of utilizing the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
